Facul-TEA @ the Library with Dr. Chuck Brown

Charles M. Brown, Ph.D. Associate Professor of Sociology at Albright College

On Tuesday, October 22nd, 2012 Dr. Charles Brown presented his research topic  “Selling Faith: Art, Commerce, and Faith in Christian Popular Culture.”

Facul-TEAS are a chance for faculty, especially those coming out of sabbatical, to make their research accessible to students. This program is a library initiative to try to make students better able to connect to faculty and their research interests by having students hear a 30-45 minute presentation and then letting them have the chance to ask questions about what they have heard in a fairly intimate setting. Faculty members presents their topic and the Library provides refreshments – tea and cookies.
